StarMaker Support Not Helping With Account Recovery

I am a StarMaker user, and I have not been able to access my account for about two months, since I changed my phone. I forgot my login ID and therefore cannot log in to my account, even though I have my SID information with me. Before changing my phone, I was logging in without any problems, but now I do not remember which login method I used, and I cannot reach my account in any way. I have not yet been able to contact support, and I am writing this complaint so that my problem can be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. I request your support to help me recover my StarMaker account using my SID information and to inform me of my correct login ID or provide me with a way to log in again. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and assist me so that I can safely access my old account.
