StarMaker Account Muted for No Reason – Request Mute Removal

I use the StarMaker karaoke app on my Android phone and my account has suddenly been muted without any valid reason. My StarMaker ID was muted just a few minutes ago. The system notification states that I have been muted until 06.10.2026 due to “abuse/harassment”, but I have not engaged in any harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of the community guidelines. I regularly use the app only for singing and entertainment and I always try to follow the rules. This unexpected mute has restricted my ability to participate on the platform and has caused me distress, as I believe it is a mistake or a misunderstanding. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the mute on my ID be removed as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the exact reason and evidence, if StarMaker believes there was any violation. I kindly ask for this unfair restriction to be lifted and my access to normal use of my account to be restored.
