StarMaker ID Muted Until 2106 for “Other Violation”
I am a user from India and I am writing about a serious problem with my Star Maker account. My Star Maker ID (SID) is 100105306***. On 13/08/2026 my ID was suddenly muted, and since then I am not able to sing songs or use the chat feature in the app. Inside the application I see a message saying that I have been muted due to “Other violation” and that it will be recovered only in the year 2106, with information that I can appeal only once. I do not understand what exact violation I have supposedly committed, and I believe this punishment is extremely unfair and disproportionate. I am requesting that my ID be reviewed carefully and unmuted so that I can sing and chat again. I kindly ask Star Maker to check my account activities, clarify clearly what the alleged violation is, and remove this mute from my ID as soon as possible.
