StarMaker Account Banned for Illegal Activity

For more than a month I have not been able to log in to my StarMaker account on my Android device. Whenever I try to log in, a message appears on the screen saying “We're sorry, your account has been blocked due to illegal activity on the app.” and the login process does not continue. I do not know what rule I allegedly violated and I have never intentionally used the application in an illegal or abusive way. This sudden blocking without any clear explanation has prevented me from accessing my account and enjoying karaoke on StarMaker as I used to. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the block, and that my account be unblocked so that I can log in again and use the application normally.
