I Face Unfair Starmaker Account Suspension After Years of Using the App
I have been using my Starmaker karaoke account since 2021 from the UAE, and on May 18, my account (ID: 13302915422, username: Mat) was suddenly suspended. The suspension has already lasted for 7 days, and I was not given any clear or specific reason for this action. After the suspension, I emailed Starmaker support, but I did not receive an exact or satisfactory explanation about why my account was suspended or what rule I supposedly violated. This situation makes me feel that the suspension is unfair, as I have not been informed of any concrete reason or evidence. I kindly request the immediate reactivation of my Starmaker account and a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
