Umingle Unban Fee Complaint and Account Recovery Request
Two days ago my account on the Umingle website was suddenly blocked, and this situation still continues. When I try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message that states the ban reason as “Gender Searching” and shows a Ban ID with an option to pay 79.99 EGP for an instant unban. I am not receiving any clear explanation from Umingle about what I supposedly did wrong, and I do not accept being forced to pay money just to regain access to my own account. I contacted Umingle support about this issue but have not received any response so far. I request that my Umingle account be unblocked without any payment requirement, that my access be restored as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for the ban.
