Starbucks Coffee Won't Refund For the Coffee Not Served
on the 04th of July I used the starbucks machine to make a purchase at our workplace but due to a fault machine did not serve the coffee. I called the call center number on the machine requesting a refund and was told it would take 14 business days. We have passed the 14 business day period but still no refund and no explanation. I believe that starbucks is in true need of this money and for this reason I will donate this amount to Starbucks. Hope they make good use out of it. We will be lobbying to our workplace to have these machines changed with a local brand.
