Overcharged During Starbucks Promotion, No Response from Customer Service

I made a purchase at a Starbucks store during a promotional campaign, but I was overcharged. I reported the issue to customer service on September 9, 2024, and was told that my case had been logged and that I would receive a response shortly. However, it’s been weeks, and I still haven’t heard back from them. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the issue, saying, “You seem to have experienced a problem, and we will get back to you soon,” but no follow-up has been made. It’s very disappointing that a company as large as Starbucks is leaving its customers without proper support. I’m still waiting for a resolution and expect a prompt response.
