Starbucks Coffee Not Giving Refunds

Without making a purchase, I deactivated my Starbucks account after depositing ₺500 onto it. I've spent the better part of five months attempting to fix this problem, but to no avail. Even though I've contacted my bank multiple times, they've confirmed that no refund has been processed, customer service representatives insist that it has. Please find a way to fix this immediately.
