Starbucks Overcharge Issue

On June 24, 2025, at 22:56, I ordered two Iced Latte Macchiato Grande drinks from the Starbucks branch at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. Due to the crowd and a dispute at the counter between the cashier and another customer, the atmosphere was tense, and I made my payment without checking the amount. Later, when reviewing my bank transactions, I noticed that I was charged a total of ₺580 for the two drinks, even though the price of one drink was ₺245, meaning I should have paid ₺490 in total. I was overcharged ₺90. I paid with my bank card, and the transaction is clearly visible in my bank statement. Although I do not have the receipt or order number, the transaction can easily be identified with the date and time. I request a refund of the overcharged amount.
