Starbucks Rewards Points Not Credited After Using 2100 Miles
I recently redeemed 2100 miles through Starbucks to earn 3 stars, but the stars never appeared in my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to properly assist me or resolve the issue. Everything is clearly visible in my account, so I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to fix. This feels like a scam, and I’m extremely frustrated with how poorly this situation has been handled. Starbucks needs to resolve this immediately and credit the stars I’ve rightfully earned. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get proper customer service for a simple rewards issue.
