Birthday Reward Missing in Starbucks App Despite Eligibility
Every year, I receive my birthday stars and enjoy my free birthday drink at Starbucks without issue. However, this month, my birthday reward was not credited to my account. When I inquired at the store, the staff assured me that the stars would reflect within a week, and I could use the reward during that period. Unfortunately, the stars still haven’t been added to my account.
I’ve made multiple purchases since then, yet the problem persists. This has caused disappointment, as I look forward to the birthday benefit each year. I kindly ask Starbucks to resolve this issue and credit my birthday reward to my account promptly. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
