Starbucks' Cafe Latte Fails to Impress

I recently bought three packs of Starbucks' ready-to-make cafe latte, a drink that is easy to make at home. But, to my dismay, no matter how much I stirred them, all three packs seemed to form weird clumps. This has never been an issue before. Not only did the taste change, even though the expiration dates were still good, but it also didn't satisfy my taste buds. All three packs were the same, and I followed the instructions to the letter, but the results were always disappointing. It's really disappointing because I trusted the brand, and now I feel like my money was wasted, leaving me completely unhappy. I need to get proper compensation right away for this bad experience.
