Stanley Classic Trigger Giving Heat Out And Not Keeping Warm

I purchased a Stanley thermos from Hepsiburada on 13.5.2024, expecting the high quality and reliability the brand is known for. However, the thermos fails to retain heat as advertised, with hot water cooling down after just 2-3 hours and the exterior giving off heat. Today (21.8.2024), I registered a service request under the lifetime warranty, only to receive an email stating my claim was rejected without even being reviewed. This raises the question: why bother offering a lifetime warranty if you won’t actually honor it or even take the time to review claims? I’m deeply disappointed and feel let down by the Stanley brand, which I once trusted for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
