I purchased a Stanley thermos with a lifetime warranty, expecting high quality and durability. However, despite registering it in the system, it fails to keep liquids hot, cooling down within just one hour.
A thermos that can’t retain heat is completely useless. I paid a significant amount for this product, trusting Stanley’s reputation, but it stopped functioning properly far too soon. This has caused inconvenience for my entire family, as we can no longer rely on it.
Stanley, this is unacceptable! I expect a replacement or a proper solution to this issue. A product marketed for lifetime performance should not fail so quickly. Please resolve this immediately!
