My Stanley Thermos Stopped Insulating After 2 Years—I Want a Replacement Under Warranty

I purchased my Stanley thermos from Vatan Bilgisayar about two years ago. The product was advertised to keep drinks hot for 24 hours and cold for 8 hours, but it no longer performs as promised. It doesn’t keep beverages hot or cold anymore—completely defeating the purpose of owning a thermos.

While Vatan Bilgisayar lists the warranty as 24 months, Stanley proudly claims to offer a lifetime warranty on their products. I bought this item with the belief that I was investing in long-term quality backed by that guarantee.

Stanley, I am requesting a full replacement. The product is no longer functioning as described, and I expect you to honor your lifetime warranty. I trusted your brand for durability and performance—please prove that your warranty is more than just a marketing claim.
