Stanley Trigger Thermos Fails to Retain Heat and Causes Discomfort

I purchased a Stanley Classic Trigger Thermos on 13.05.2024 from Hepsiburada, but I’m having significant issues with it. The grey top part of the thermos emits heat, making it difficult to hold, and instead of keeping liquids hot for 6-7 hours as advertised, the contents start cooling down within 2-3 hours.
I initiated a service request on 21.08.2024, only to receive an email stating that my claim was rejected without any investigation. It’s frustrating that the brand dismisses a clearly faulty product without proper evaluation. How can such an issue be ignored?
I am looking for a resolution to this problem and expect the thermos to be either repaired, replaced, or refunded.
