I purchased a Stanley thermos through Hepsiburada and registered its warranty with the importer, Kutupayısı. I sent the thermos in for warranty service due to heat loss issues, but the response I received was baffling. I tested the thermos with both hot liquids and ice, but the heat loss occurred within a few hours regardless. They claimed they couldn't verify if the product was authentic. In another message, they mentioned the thermos maintained a temperature of 60 degrees, likely after waiting 1-2 hours. It seems they didn’t even read the advertised specifications or heat retention claims for the product they imported. Neither the thermos met my expectations nor did the warranty service. By the time the thermos is returned, it will be useless. If you buy a Stanley thermos, make sure to thoroughly test it within 14 days, or you’ll end up wasting your money like I did and dealing with unnecessary stress from poor customer service.
