Stanley Thermos Fails to Retain Heat; Service Delays Persist
I purchased a Stanley thermos from Hepsiburada on 22.07.2014. However, within just three months, it started failing to retain heat. I reported the issue on 25.10.2024, and the company requested I ship the product on 28.10.2024. The thermos reached them on 04.11.2024, yet they only began their inspection on 08.11.2024.
Today is 20.11.2024, and the problem remains unresolved despite nearly a month of waiting. While Stanley may produce high-quality products, the service provided in Turkey is far from satisfactory. The lack of efficiency and prolonged delays have left me highly disappointed.
I demand immediate resolution of my issue and better handling of service requests in the future to maintain trust in the brand.
