Stanley 40oz Tumbler Deformed After a Minor Indoor Fall

I want to share my disappointment with the Stanley Quencher Tumbler with Straw, 40 oz. that I purchased on Amazon on November 27, 2024. I paid $32 for it and have used it exclusively indoors for about a year and a half — it has never once left the house.While the tumbler was completely empty with no liquid inside, it fell onto carpet and still came away with visible, significant deformation on the outer surface. The fact that such a minor, low-impact drop onto a soft surface caused this level of damage has seriously shaken my confidence in the product's durability. From a brand of this reputation and a product at this price point, I would expect far greater toughness and resilience.I submitted a claim through Amazon but have not received any response yet. I am asking that the condition of my product be reviewed and that my exchange request due to this deformation be approved.
