I have been using my Stanley The Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler (1.18 liter) regularly and properly for a long time. However, about 2–3 months ago (around January–February 2026), I noticed rust forming inside the tumbler.
This rust directly affects the hygiene and safe use of the product, and as a result, I can no longer use the tumbler with confidence. I purchased the product through the Hepsiburada website. The package/invoice number for the order is 2543424, and the invoice date is March 8, 2024.
After experiencing this issue, I tried to contact Stanley, but I was unable to submit my complaint through the account I was directed to, and therefore I did not receive any response. I have not yet sent the product to service or warranty.
I believe that the rust issue indicates that the product is performing far below expectations. I request that the tumbler be examined under warranty and, if possible, replaced with a new product. I would also appreciate being informed about this matter via written communication or phone.
