Stanley Quencher H2.0 Leaks Every Time No Matter How Tight the Lid Is

On March 4, 2026, I purchased a Stanley Adventure Quencher H2.0 FlowState 40 oz. Tumbler with Straw in Cream from the official Stanley store on Trendyol. From the very first day I received it, the lid leaks no matter how tightly I close it. On top of that, the product claims to keep iced drinks cold for 48 hours and cold drinks cold for 11 hours, but it falls well short of both of those promises.
I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this product on both counts — it neither seals properly nor insulates as advertised. I am therefore requesting that my current tumbler be exchanged, preferably for the Stanley IceFlow model. I would appreciate a prompt review of my complaint and a fast resolution.
