Flawed Stanley Thermos, but Company Won't Accept Returns

I'd like to express my dissatisfaction to you as well. I have higher expectations of you, so please read the details and help me solve my problem. It would suffice if you replaced this item with a sturdy Stanley. Thank you very much. I ordered a Stanley thermos from A101 with the order number 1402352378217603. Within an hour, boiling water cools down. In previous years, I bought two different-sized Stanley thermoses from different stores, and they worked perfectly. A101 recommends creating an online return form, but the final step redirects to an 0850 call center. The 0850 call center is constantly busy and unanswered. The website includes a WhatsApp support option, but it is inoperable. They have established a "Solution Center" area. It took about 40 minutes to locate it. Following that, you can speak with a live representative. If it's defective, one of the representatives advised me to get a service report, but the call was cut off while I was explaining my problem. I informed the second representative that I intended to return the product. He stated that they cannot accept open packages, despite the fact that I had not mentioned anything about the packaging. The original Stanley products were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box without packaging. I told him I'd return it the same way it came, but he abruptly cut me off. I'm extremely frustrated and desperate for a solution. I will never buy anything online from A101 again.
