I’m extremely disappointed with Stanley thermoses, and I feel the need to speak up so others don’t make the same mistake. I own five Stanley thermoses, all purchased with the belief that they were top-of-the-line products known for quality. However, every single one has failed to live up to that reputation. They simply don’t keep water hot. One of them starts radiating heat from the outside within 30 minutes of filling it, and when I check, the water inside is already lukewarm—completely unacceptable for a product that costs this much.
Two of the thermoses I purchased from Amazon were recalled, which is absurd. Instead of offering replacements for faulty products, the company issues a vague “recall” notice without a proper resolution. I tried to contact Stanley’s customer service, but it’s impossible to get through. Calls are disconnected, emails go unanswered, and I’m left with no support. Their so-called refund process is vague and unhelpful. I don’t want a refund—I want the functioning product I originally paid for.
If Stanley knows these models are defective, why don’t they just replace them? Why are they still on the market? I’m demanding replacements for my defective thermoses—not vague promises, not recalls, not excuses. I regret every ₺ I spent on this brand and urge others to think twice before trusting the name “Stanley.”
