I purchased a Stanley thermos from A101, and it broke after only one year and ten uses. When I poured hot water into it, it began to leak on the outside, and the water-cooled within 3 hours. The Stanley thermos was advertised as keeping contents hot for 36 hours when I purchased it. I initially assumed Stanley thermos products had a lifetime warranty and contacted the Turkish service center. However, I discovered that there was no such warranty because I purchased the product from A101, which provided the warranty. I contacted the company and had the product shipped to the service center they recommended. The service center confirmed that I was correct after inspection, but they advised me to contact A101. I had difficulty contacting A101, and despite their promise to respond quickly, I received no response from them within 15 days. The poor quality of Stanley thermos products, as well as the lack of a lifetime warranty, made me doubt their authenticity. I strongly advise against purchasing these products because they are of extremely poor quality and have no customer service.
