Stake.in KYC Verification Blocked Due to Multiple Accounts Error

I have been using the Stake.in platform and this month I started having a problem with account verification. When I try to complete KYC, the system shows that I have multiple accounts, so it does not allow me to verify. Because of this, I cannot use my account properly. The main and only account that I want to use is with the username “kujur33”. I have funds and transactions on this account, so it is very important for me to recover and verify this specific profile. However, due to the multiple-account warning, I am stuck in the verification process. I have tried to get support from your customer service, but they are not helping me resolve the situation. I do not want to use any other Stake.in accounts apart from “kujur33”. I kindly request that you verify my main account with the username “kujur33” and completely remove or permanently close any other accounts linked to my details, so that I can continue to use your platform normally with just this one verified account.
