I am submitting this complaint regarding several unauthorized charges made to my Cash App Visa debit card by a company listed as “Hint America Inc.” These transactions were not made or approved by me, and I did not give any consent or authorization for these charges. On March 3 at 1:19, a charge of $2.99 was taken from my account. On March 10 at 2:15, another charge of $29.99 was taken. Most recently, on April 7 at 3:15, a further $29.99 was charged. I did not sign up for any subscription, service, or purchase with Hint America Inc., and I have no prior relationship with this company that would justify these withdrawals. When I contacted Hint America Inc to resolve the matter and inform them that these charges were unauthorized, they hung up on me instead of assisting, which left me with no direct way to stop or reverse the charges through the merchant. I request a full refund of all these unauthorized transactions, and that any further payments from Hint America Inc to my Cash App Visa debit card be blocked. I am asking for these amounts to be returned to my account, as they were taken without my knowledge, consent, or authorization.
