I am using Stake from India with a fully verified account, and on April 9, 2026, I made a deposit of 600 via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account; however, the deposit was marked as “cancelled” on Stake.
As a result, the money has neither been credited to my Stake balance nor refunded back to my bank account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with a cancelled deposit on Stake.
I contacted Stake live support through the platform, but I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation regarding what happened to this deposit or why it was cancelled. I still have no information about where my 600 has gone.
I request that my 600 deposit be credited to my Stake account balance as soon as possible so that I can use it, or that Stake provide a clear resolution and ensure the amount is not left unresolved.
