I Face 4rabet Deposit Not Credited After ₹2500 UPI Payment

On April 2, I made a UPI payment of 2,500 INR from my Central Bank of India account to deposit into my 4rabet account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet account.

It has now been about one week since the transaction, and the deposit is still missing. I have contacted customer care regarding this issue, but it has not been resolved, and the money has not been refunded.

I am requesting that my 2,500 INR be immediately refunded back to my Central Bank of India account or that the deposit be properly credited to my 4rabet account without any further delay.

I have a savings account with Central Bank of India and on 2 April I made an online deposit of ₹2,500 from Ahmedabad, but this amount has never appeared in my account. Since that date, the balance of my savings account has not reflected this deposit even once.

I contacted the bank about this problem and was only informed that the amount was not received in my bank account, without any proper resolution. I am very worried and disappointed that my money has not been credited despite having completed the online deposit.

I request that Central Bank of India immediately verify this transaction and credit the missing ₹2,500 to my savings account without any further delay, and provide clear confirmation once this is done.
