Stake.com Missing Deposit After Bank Says Merchant Received Payment

My Stake.com account is registered in India, and on February 19, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹19,999.99 to my Stake.com account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but unlike my previous deposits, it was never credited to my Stake balance.

I contacted Stake.com support on February 20, 2026, and at first I was told to wait 24 hours. However, even after this period passed, nothing appeared in my account.

After I raised an inquiry, I was informed that the money had not been “reciprocated” on Stake’s side and that I should file a chargeback with my bank. Following their instructions, I initiated a chargeback request, but about 15 days later, my bank responded that the money had in fact been credited to the merchant’s account, and that a chargeback is only possible if the merchant has not received the funds.

In other words, according to my bank, the payment reached Stake.com, yet Stake is still not reflecting the deposit in my account.

My bank has provided the transaction detail for this payment: Transaction ID 397606733303. I also received an escalation ID from Stake support: NKjjd_gvCdAdBaMc.

Despite this information, Stake support continues to insist that they did not receive the money and repeatedly directs me back to my bank. Meanwhile, my bank clearly states that the funds are with the merchant and that I must resolve the matter with Stake.

This situation has been ongoing for about 15–20 days, causing me significant stress, especially because I personally know four to five other people experiencing the same deposit problem with Stake.com.

I request that Stake.com urgently investigate this missing deposit using the transaction details provided, confirm whether the ₹19,999.99 payment has been received, and immediately credit the amount to my Stake account.

If, for any reason, this cannot be done, I expect clear written proof and a concrete solution, so that my funds are not lost.
