Stake Holds ₹4,000 Deposit Despite Bank of India Confirmation

February 6 4:08 PM748

I made a deposit to my Stake account on January 27, 2026, in INR, but the funds have still not been credited. I transferred ₹4,000 via UPI from my Bank of India account, and the transaction shows as successful on my end with reference ID 698167873811. Despite this, the amount has not appeared in my Stake account balance.

After noticing that the funds were not credited, I contacted Stake customer support. I was informed that an inquiry had been opened, but since then there has been no progress or update, and the funds have still not been credited to my account.

This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, as my money is stuck without any clear resolution or timeline. I request that my ₹4,000 deposit made on January 27, 2026, via UPI from Bank of India, with reference ID 698167873811, be traced and immediately credited to my Stake account, or alternatively that the amount be promptly refunded to my bank account. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay occurred and why the initial inquiry did not resolve the issue.
