I Face Free Fire Diamond Scam and Lost Purchases on My Account

I am writing regarding an issue with my Free Fire account, player ID 1879415355, which was scammed in 2022 through a diamond seller. At that time, I was playing from Satkhira, Bangladesh. I trusted a diamond seller for in-game top-ups, but instead of delivering the diamonds properly, they scammed my account, causing me to lose access to the purchases linked to it.
As a result of this scam, I lost diamonds and in-game purchases worth approximately $18–$27. In 2022, I moved to another country, and due to that situation, I was unable to contact Garena customer support in time. Because of this, the issue has remained unresolved until now.
I kindly request that you review my account, check the purchase and activity history for player ID 1879415355, and assist me in recovering my lost purchases as much as possible. I would appreciate any help in restoring what I lost due to this scam or being offered a fair resolution after a proper investigation.
