I Face Amazon Selling Out of Stock Item as Available

On February 2, I purchased the product “Haustier QQ003-V2 Smart Automatic Pet Feeder (6L)” on Amazon with order number 403-7057120-6364344. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that there were 8 units in stock and that the product would be delivered within 2 days. I made my purchase based on this information.
However, even after 8 days, my order had not even been shipped. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the product was actually out of stock and could not be shipped. This means Amazon sold a product as if it were available when it was not.
This situation constitutes misleading the consumer with incorrect stock information and causing customer inconvenience. Moreover, the solutions offered were completely inadequate: I was simply told to either cancel the order or wait indefinitely for stock with no estimated delivery date.
Ignoring the promised delivery timeframe is unacceptable for a global brand like Amazon. As a customer, it is my basic right to see accurate stock information, receive my order within the promised timeframe, and have my inconvenience properly addressed.
If such misleading sales practices continue, Amazon risks losing its credibility with consumers. My experience clearly shows that Amazon is no longer the reliable platform it once was.
I request that my issue be resolved urgently, that my product be delivered under the originally promised conditions, and that appropriate compensation be provided for the inconvenience I have experienced. Otherwise, I will continue to share this issue on all relevant platforms and pursue my legal rights.
