Stake Delays ₹1,000 UPI Deposit With No Support Response

I made an INR deposit of ₹1,000 to my Stake account via UPI from my Kotak bank account on January 16, 2026. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account, and the delay continues with no update or resolution. After realizing that the deposit had not been credited, I submitted an escalation form through Stake’s customer support channels and have been waiting for a response. However, I have not received any reply or information regarding the status of my deposit. I am requesting that my missing ₹1,000 deposit be located and credited to my Stake account as soon as possible, or that the amount be refunded to my bank account if the deposit cannot be completed. I also expect a clear explanation for the reason behind this delay and improved communication regarding such issues in the future.
