I Face Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After ₹1700 UPI Payment

I made a deposit on the Parimatch sports betting website on April 8, 2026, at 9:47 PM using UPI QR via PhonePe from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. An amount of ₹1,700 was debited from my bank account, and the PhonePe transaction shows the reference ID T2604082149279934723049, but this amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I immediately raised a support ticket with Parimatch customer service regarding this missing deposit. However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I have not received any response or resolution, which is unacceptable for a financial transaction.
Since the money has been deducted from my bank but not credited to my Parimatch account, I am requesting a full refund of ₹1,700 back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account linked to PhonePe for the above transaction ID. After this experience, I have lost trust in your platform and no longer wish to use your services.
I expect this refund to be processed promptly and confirmation to be provided once the transaction is completed.
