Stake Complaint: UPI Transaction Debited But Not Credited

On 26 February 2026, I made an online payment deposit of 2,500 INR to my Stake account. The amount was successfully debited from my payment source and I have a transaction ID for this payment, but the money has still not appeared in my Stake balance. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted Stake customer support. They first informed me that I should wait 24 hours for the payment to arrive in my Stake account and that after this period an option would appear to file a complaint. I used this option as instructed, but then I was told again to wait up to 30 hours. Later, around 8 p.m., support informed me that they had verified and had not received the payment and stated that if the balance had been deducted from my bank account it should have already been refunded, yet no refund has been received. I request that my missing deposit of 2,500 INR be urgently investigated and either credited to my Stake account or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay, and that I be clearly informed of the outcome and the reason for this issue.
