Stake Deposit Not Credited

My Stake account is registered in India and on 18 February I made a deposit of 2,000 INR to my Stake account. The amount was debited from my bank, but unlike previous deposits it was never credited to my Stake balance. When I first contacted support, I was told to wait 24 hours, but even after that period nothing appeared in my account. After I raised an enquiry with Stake, I was informed very quickly that the money had not been “reciprocated” on their side and that I should file a chargeback with my bank. I followed this instruction and initiated a chargeback. Around 15 days later my bank responded that the money had in fact been credited to the merchant’s account, and that a chargeback is only possible if the merchant has not received the funds. In other words, the bank states that the payment reached Stake, but Stake is still not reflecting the deposit in my account. My bank has provided the following details for this payment: Transaction ID 3295578551 and RR number 604986097952. Since then I have been stuck between the two parties: Stake support repeatedly tells me to contact my bank and will not share any statement or proof, and the bank tells me the money is with the merchant and to contact Stake. I have an escalation ID with Stake support: Vu4j4csK2A5Bhrg6. This situation has been going on for about 15–20 days now and it has caused me a lot of stress. I also know four to five other people who are facing the same kind of deposit issue with Stake. I request that Stake urgently investigate this missing deposit using the transaction details provided, confirm that the 2,000 INR payment has been received, and immediately credit the amount to my Stake account or provide clear, written proof and a concrete solution so that my funds are not lost.
