I am writing regarding two INR UPI deposits I made from India to my Stake account, which were deducted from my bank account but have still not been credited to my Stake balance. I deposited a total of 1,000 INR in two separate transactions of 500 INR each, made on January 26, 2026, and January 29, 2026. Both amounts were successfully debited from my bank account, yet my Stake account has not been credited even after more than seven business days. Since noticing the issue, I have contacted Stake customer support multiple times and provided all required details, including the UPI payment information and transaction references. Each time, I have only been told to “wait” and informed that the third-party payment provider is not providing updates, but I have not been given any clear timeframe, solution, or concrete progress update. This ongoing delay and lack of resolution is causing me serious concern about the safety of my funds. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my missing deposits be either immediately credited to my Stake account or refunded to my bank account via UPI. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what went wrong and why the funds have been held for such a long time without resolution. I am ready to provide all transaction IDs, bank debit proof, and my Stake account details so this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
