Stake Failed to Credit Two UPI Deposits of ₹740 and ₹1,000 for Over 15 Days
I am writing regarding two UPI deposits I made to my Stake account (ID: Molu2) that have still not been credited. The first deposit was ₹740 on January 13, and the second deposit was ₹1,000 on January 25. As of today, it has been about 15 days since the first payment, and neither of these amounts has appeared in my Stake account balance.
Both payments were successfully completed from my side via UPI, and I have transaction screenshots and confirmations as proof. Despite this, my Stake account still does not reflect the funds, which is preventing me from using the platform properly.
I have already escalated this issue through Stake customer support and completed all the requested formalities, but the problem remains unresolved and I have not received a satisfactory outcome. I request that these two deposits be urgently traced and either immediately credited to my Stake account or refunded to the original payment method. I am also ready to provide screenshots and any additional transaction details if needed so this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
