I am writing regarding several deposits I made to my Stake account that have been debited from my bank accounts but have still not been credited to my Stake balance. On 16/01/2026 and 18/01/2026, I made deposits using Airtel Payments Bank and Meghalaya Rural Bank. The funds were successfully debited from my accounts, but they did not appear in my Stake account. The relevant transaction details are as follows: UTR 475270029127, transaction ID 3226146274; UTR 444473054683, transaction ID 3226215922; UTR 352800412688, transaction ID 3230301471; and UTR 238103297859, transaction ID 3230459410. I have already submitted a complaint to Stake support about these missing deposits, but have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience because my money is stuck and I cannot use it for trading as intended. I request that these deposits be located and the funds be credited to my Stake account immediately, or that you provide a clear resolution without any further delay.
