Spynger Wrongfully Charged My Card—Unauthorized Subscription

I purchased a one-month subscription to Spynger for ₺450, but to my shock, they deducted ₺600 from my account instead! I have no idea how they were able to take an extra ₺150, and this feels like outright theft.

To make matters worse, I did not even sign up for this subscription myself—someone else accessed my card and made the purchase without my permission. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount.

Spynger, you cannot just take money from people’s accounts without proper authorization! I expect a full refund right away, or I will escalate this issue further. This is completely unacceptable!
