I Got Charged ₺1,800 on Spynger Despite Choosing ₺27 One-Day Trial

I downloaded the Spynger app after seeing it offer a ₺27 one-day trial, which I selected and agreed to. However, to my shock, ₺1,100 was immediately withdrawn from my account, followed by another ₺700 not long after. I did not authorize these charges, and I was never informed that anything more than ₺27 would be deducted. This is not just misleading—it feels like a blatant scam.

I expected a simple trial but ended up losing ₺1,800 without explanation, and there’s been no way to get my money back. I tried reaching out, but there’s been no response or refund process offered. This kind of silent overcharging shows total disregard for customer trust.
