I Got Overcharged on Spynger After Login and Want a Full Refund

I signed up for Spynger and agreed to their ₺450 entry fee to activate my account. However, right after logging in, I noticed that ₺200 was withdrawn from my account without any explanation, followed shortly by another unauthorized charge of ₺1200. I was not informed or warned about these additional withdrawals, and I never approved them.

This kind of unauthorized transaction is unacceptable. I used Spynger under the assumption that the total cost was ₺450 as advertised. No further purchases or features were selected after logging in—these amounts were simply pulled from my account without my consent.

I feel completely misled and financially taken advantage of. I demand that Spynger immediately refunds the extra ₺1400 charged beyond the initial ₺450. I also ask that they review and correct this issue to prevent other users from being similarly overcharged. If I don’t receive a timely refund and explanation, I will consider pursuing legal action.
