Spynger Subscription Not Working but App Keeps Attempting Withdrawals

On November 13, I started a subscription to the Spynger Android app. However, I have been unable to use the app in any way. Even though I activated a subscription, the app keeps attempting to withdraw money from my card without my permission. First, $8 was successfully charged, and before that, a $12 transaction was attempted but failed. For the past four days, there have been daily attempts to withdraw money from my card.
I contacted the app for support and also tried to cancel my subscription, but I have not received any response. I made the payment using my Garanti Bank debit card. I live in İzmir, and this situation is causing serious inconvenience for me.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that all unauthorized withdrawal attempts on my card be stopped completely. I also request a refund of the amount that was charged.
