I purchased a subscription on Spynger’s website, but instead of a single charge, they withdrew multiple payments from my account, totaling around ₺1014.46. Despite being charged, I never received any service—I couldn’t access what I paid for at all.

To make things worse, there is no customer support on their website. I have no way to contact them for help or request a refund. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and my money refunded in full. If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities. Spynger, fix this now! Buyers, be careful—they might charge you without delivering any service!
