Salomon Cross Hike GTX Warranty Denial

I bought a pair of 'Salomon Cross Hike GTX shoes from the 'Raffi Magaza E-Ticaret' store in Mugla-Fethiye on May 25, 2023. To my dismay, the inner part of the left heel, where the Gore-Tex material is, detached from the shoe after only 1.5-2 months. On September 11, 2023, I returned to the same store to demonstrate the problem and request a replacement. I stated that I am a conscientious user who has been wearing Salomon Super Cross 4 shoes for 1.5-2 years, emphasizing that this is unquestionably a manufacturing defect. I also mentioned that I hadn't worn these shoes in over two months. A store employee handed me a defective product receipt and assured me that they would contact me. During this time, however, no one contacted me or provided any information. When I returned to the store today, they informed me that they had returned the shoes earlier this week, claiming that during their inspection, they discovered that I had worn the shoes by putting pressure on the heel, which they considered a user error. As a 43-year-old man, I've never been in a situation where I didn't wear shoes or wore Salomon for the first time, and I'm convinced that the problem with the left heel is the result of a manufacturing flaw. I'm disappointed with these unjust accusations after paying over 6,000 Turkish Lira. I even tried calling Olgarlar SPX to explain that I didn't wear the shoes because of a manufacturing defect, but their customer service directed me to contact the store where I purchased them. I've also requested assistance from Salomon Turkey via email. I'd like to state unequivocally that I reject these false accusations and am fully aware of my consumer rights. I will defend my consumer rights whether your company is genuinely uninterested in addressing the product you sell or operates on an upfront payment basis with Salomon.
