Revolution Eyeshadow Palette Has Almost No Pigmentation

I purchased one of the Revolution eyeshadow palettes through Trendyol (order number: 11126439449) and another one from the Watsons store in Erenköy Kozyatağı. However, the pigmentation of these newly purchased palettes is almost nonexistent. They have very little shimmer, virtually no glitter, and extremely poor staying power. The colors are barely visible on the eyes, and the overall quality of the products is far below my expectations.

I purchased another Revolution eyeshadow palette approximately one year ago, and it is still just as long-lasting as it was when I first bought it. It is also highly pigmented, bright, and glittery. There is an obvious difference in quality between my older Revolution palette and these newly purchased palettes. It feels as though the pigmentation and shimmer have been reduced, resulting in a significantly weaker product.

I request that both the eyeshadow palette I purchased through Trendyol and the one I purchased from the Watsons Erenköy Kozyatağı store be replaced with high-quality Revolution eyeshadow palettes comparable to my older palette, with strong pigmentation, shimmer, glitter, and long-lasting performance. I expect the replacement products to provide the level of quality and performance I previously experienced with the brand.
