Salomon X-adventure L47321000 Running Shoes Early Deformation Issue

I purchased the Salomon running shoes, model L47321000_x-ADVANTURE, on August 21, 2023. Unfortunately, the right shoe in size 44.5, colored black, exhibited deformities on the front mesh, unevenness on the side sole, and a tear in the inner heel lining. Due to these issues, I sent the product for warranty evaluation to Salomon on December 5, 2023. However, on January 3, 2024, Salomon responded, stating that there was no defect in the product.

I want to express my disagreement with this decision. The fact that a four-month-old pair of shoes can deform and tear in such a manner is distressing. I am urging for a reevaluation on your part, considering the company's refusal to acknowledge the fault. I request a thorough review and appropriate action to be taken.
