On May 9, 2026, I purchased two Revolution Pout Bomb Plumping Lip Liners from your Watsons Pelican Mall store for a total of approximately $11 after discounts. From the very first use, both products caused severe burning, an allergic reaction, and irritation on my lips, and these symptoms continued for an extended period of time. Because of this experience, I came to the conclusion that using these products was not safe for my health.

At the time of purchase, I specifically asked a store employee whether the products were retractable. I was told that they were “not retractable.” However, I later discovered that both products were in fact retractable. In other words, I experienced a significant health reaction from the products, while at the same time I was given incorrect and misleading information about their product features when making the purchase.

After experiencing these problems, I returned to your Pelican Mall store, but no solution was offered and I was told that I needed to contact customer service. I then submitted another complaint through your WhatsApp support line. This time, I was told that I could not return the products without a doctor’s report and that the problem was supposedly caused by my “personal skin sensitivity.” I absolutely do not accept having the entire responsibility placed on me in this manner or having my refund request rejected on this basis, especially since these reactions occurred from the very first use of the products.

I request that both products be recognized as defective products under Turkey’s Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, that the products be accepted for return, and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me.

If this matter is not resolved, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
