Spotify Premium Unexpected Charge After Promo, No Payment History

I purchased a Spotify Premium subscription today through a campaign in the app that was advertised as “₺0.” However, after completing the transaction, ₺240 was withdrawn from my account. I did not receive any error messages during payment; the transaction went through smoothly, and my Premium subscription is currently active. Despite completing the purchase directly through Spotify’s official app, the ₺240 charge does not appear in my payment history. I’ve never encountered such an issue before. I haven’t yet contacted Spotify customer service, but I’m requesting that my Premium subscription be canceled and the ₺240 withdrawn from my account be refunded.
